When I worked for a creative agency we outsourced all of our web coding to Russians.

The clients were usually happy with their site, that is until a year or two went by and they hire somebody in-house or local to modify it and realize that all of the comments in the code were unreadable to English speakers.

My niece is beautiful, not just because as her aunt I think so. She started a job in a male dominated business and was the first female employee in her department. After she started one of her coworkers told her the boss had a meeting with all the guys and told them they had to behave and think of her like a sister. Not to be distracted that she was there, don't fawn over her or do her work for her. They went over the sexual harassment policy just to make sure someone didn't do something innocently that might not be welcomed. First day on the job one guy punched another because he thought he was staring at her too long. She didn't know what was going on, all of a sudden a fist fight broke out. She works with a bunch of really nice guys who have watched out for her. I'm so thankful she didn't end up at a place like google.
