I find the best way to control my weight is whenever I'm feeling a bit chub I strip naked and wander into the forest. There I confer with Mother Nature and pray for her to suck the fat out of me. Then after a few days of drinking still water and fucking a hole in the ground I return home and dysentery does the rest.
