Do you ever say this about white men making films? Because we've had almost 100 years of white men making really bad movies who go on to keep making bad films.
I dunno about that. I'm pretty sure the king of getting free pass on making major box office poison is M. Night and that dude is uh... Indian or something? Hell if I know. But what I do know is this, Wrinkle in time the book and the movie are both hot garbage.
