I agree completely, a friend of mine died in a car crash when I was in school, did I go on the media and immediately demand for far more safety regulations and claim that all car drivers should have to deal with even more speed cameras and policing to make their lives extremely difficult while travelling back and forth between home and work?
No, because I'm not a tyrant and I really don't care what people think of me for thinking that way about these sorts of situations. Fishbowl is right, not only are these kids being used by the media and the left to push gun control they're also being extremely manipulative themselves and using their tragedy to try and force people to do what they want.
Yep, I said it, I don't think these kids are saints and the evidence coming out about the shooter is indicating there is something pretty wrong with that community. Before anyone immediately hops onto the sub to shout at me over the internet I'm British, so I don't even really have a stake in this, this is just how I honestly feel about this type of bullshit every time a shooting happens over in America.
There is far more going on in the background of these situations than anyone will ever dare admit, which is why the overall problem of school shootings is never going to get solved. People who just want to censor and harass anybody that they disagree with won't fix anything.
