21 years seems like a lot. Leaving a whole pack of what amounts to tiny drunk terrorists alone for any period of time seems like a bad idea. If she had actually roofied them it would probably be ok but melatonin isn't going to knock out most 2 year old hell spawn.

She should go to prison for this. She should go to prison for years. But 21 fucking years? I'd like anyone who supports this to try spending one day in jail or hospital or any other situation where you're really bored and then come out and say "yeah, she deserves 7665 of those".
