To be honest I'm not sure it's that much of a problem. The abdomen is flexible. If you've already taken punches or kicks, you've seen it can move a lot and not get damage. So (as long as you don't damage the bowels) something pushing from inside without tearing should be fine.
But if an object is big enough to apply force inside the abdomen from the intestine, without rupturing anything, it's probably large enough to have a hard time moving through the sphincters (at least if you haven't totally busted yours yet).
