Consider that maybe black people have other outlets for their sociopathic murder impulses - like gang warfare and home invasions.

I mean, we already know they commit more homicides per capita than any other racial group in the US, so the thesis would be something along the lines that they get their murder fixes more regularly with smaller individual body counts rather than bottling it all up and shooting up a school. Perhaps if we want to lower the number of school shootings, we should encourage white people to commit more smaller, every day murders.

Sure, it could explain it. If you are a gang member in Chicago, being a murderous sociopath is probably so expected it flies under the radar. Hell, it's probably lauded by your peer group.
