Is the statement "people with a white skin color colonized America and fucked over the natives" untrue? Is the statement "the girl in the picture has a similar skin tone to white" untrue? Just because she has the same skin color doesn't mean anyone is blaming her specific ancestors in particular, or yours, for that matter.
