This Weinstein guy, he wasn't "assaulting" or "sexually harrassing" women, the women were there to trade sexual favors for professional ones. At best, that's a quid pro quo transaction, at worst, that's straight up prostitution.

just like Zoe Quinn traded sexual favors for her game, right?
