Yeah you see, the actual problem is that expats were allowed to come to SA uncontrollably in all sorts of jobs. An engineer from India for example will take half the salary of a Saudi engineer and will be happy. Why? Because that's pretty high compared to salaries and living standards in India. However, a Saudi will never accept such a low salary because they can't sustain living in SA with such a low salary. The Indian engineer will leave in 10 years ready to retire and live like a king in India, the Saudi engineer won't.
Simple economics really, the oversupply of workers caused the wages to go down, but why should a Saudi compete with all kinds of nationalities in SA?
Expats SHOULD be brought to the kingdom and allowed to work here. But that should be in as needed basis. They should be allowed to work in jobs were there's not enough Saudis qualified to fill.
But the problem this fails to address is that the Indian engineer is competent and skilled, while the Saudi engineer has webbed toes and daughter-wives. In 10 years, Pajeet, PE will be finishing up making India superpower by 2030, but Abdulaziz Al-Muhammad, Sanitation Engineer will be too busy diddling his nieces.
Now despite all the racist disgusting things you said, your other claim of competence is baseless. I can say the same about the Indian engineer, but you have no proof to your claim. Saudi engineers on average are pretty competent and good. That's due to the excellent universities in Saudi.
