Are cyclists basically minorities? Do they have it as rough as the jews and blacks? Strava Bros discuss.

Everyone is saying he's a moron. Even sorting by controversial no one is defending him.

Cycling is probably the only way I'll ever sample any hint of real discrimination.

omg you all really do need to get hit by cars

seriously /u/ashooner just kys and make it easy on my eyes. I never want to read what I just read again

Day of the Impala when?

CMV: it should be legal to hit and maim a cyclist if they are on the road outside of a designated bicycle lane.

You are wrong;

Point: it would be far easier to shoot someone in poession of/or attempting to mount a bicycle, and would save time and gas from getting over the speed bump and potentially paying any veterinarian bills.

They never let us reach inside a window and punch drivers who are doing something wrong.

It's better to ask forgiveness than permission, especially when it involves cracking someone's window with your bikelock.

I call them speed bumps not cyclists

CMV: it should be legal to shoot any driver I see on their phone while I'm riding.

That's a perfectly fine compromise.

they dont call us radical centrists for nothing

Im on my phone so when i hit you it would just be vehicular manslaughter

Put up bike lanes everywhere and I'll consider this.

TIL being annoying and being black are the same thing 🤔

1 letter difference.

Well you're not wrong

That’s it. I’m not shoulder checking anymore.

Gas all motorists.

cyclists have it hard. it's best to just put them out of their missery

I was talking to a friend who is a cyclist a few weeks ago and in response to her talking about biking on the road I said "egh road is for cars". She then proceeded to cite CDC statistics on bicyclist deaths in 2016 and stated that she would move to a different state if bikes were outlawed from riding on the road. She then blocked me because "she couldn't believe I felt this way" and was on the verge of tears.
