For a guy who eats random trash and never works out, I'm relatively fit.
Relatively fit, weird way to spell skinnyfat.
You're probably not at the body fat percentage where you see abs yet. You're somewhat short, so while 125-130 sounds really light you'd be surprised at the amount you could still lose. For reference, I'm 5'11" and 154 lbs as of this morning, and my abs are just barely visible. I've been plateauing for a couple months now, but just recently made the decision to cut out alcohol for the last 5 lbs. You can get there, it just takes a little more effort.
Skinnybois think you can cut, cut, cut until you're ripped. Smh, sad.
Also the article was trash. He deliberately chose his goal to be overtly ambitious so he'd fail. 30 lbs in 80 days is for any non-obese person a really extreme loss alone without also wanting to get abs.
I don't have much of a plan. My gym has a 1/10th mile track with an alcove next to it that has some medicine balls, jump ropes, punching bags and a few dumbbells. I like to alternate between running two laps and then doing various things in the alcove like situps, pushups, punches, kicks, jumping rope and throwing medicine balls in the air. I do that 10 times or so. I always finish with 50 8-counts (AKA burpees).
Nice dude. Im actually building my own home gym now, so seeing what other people do for routines to get some more ideas for what I need.
Ive always wondered why short people work out tho...Im 6'3, so it makes sense to have a good body and broad shoulders. If I was 5'5 Id feel its some sort of transexual, fetish body image goals or something.
Well because of the sexual connotations. Being an effeminate "little guy" is just one small step away from being a qt 3.14 trap. Im all for personal development and bettering ones self, but we only get one shot in life, and being a junior mint isnt the easiest one. Kudos on you for keeping your lil' chin up.
Ive also started doing laps in between my reps. Cant believe how much better I feel during and afterwards the workout.
I honestly don't get these people. Going to the gym is really fucking simple. You pick heavy things up and then put them down a bunch. It's the most brain-dead thing I do. I literally just put on music and turn off my brain

If you're in worse shape than me, it's because you don't try hard enough. If you're in better shape, it's because you're on gear.

I decided to gain 60 pounds of muscle and lose 120 pounds of fat in 15 days. It turns out the fitness industry is a sham.

Some people have to literally pay someone to figure out what their fitness goals are for them.

Honestly I’m pretty happy that articles like this are trying to lower expectations for men
Makes me look better by comparison

The more you know, I guess.

I'm a little confused by the height comment. Why wouldn't someone who is 5'5" want to be fit just for the sake of being fit?

Do you feel your feminine size and miniscule posture have lead to your...odd...political beliefs?
