So is everything any posted signed Q just associated as the same person or it their some other way all these aren't just people speaking gibberish at each other.

Whether it's one or multiple people posting from one account isn't known. Anyway, I gather you can use a unique code to in a sense de-anonymize yourself, insofar as you then associate your postings with a set string of characters that others can recognize.

These people archive all of the posts by a user with a particular code, and then oddly try to divine meaning from the meaningless with olympic levels of mental gymnastics.
