Takes less time to put that stuff in a cooker than it does to walk across the street. Hell if you have an extra 2-3 minutes you can make 1 week's worth of food at a time.
I always hate how people try and and blame weight problems on socioeconomic status. Basically every fat person drinks too much of sugary drinks and those are more expensive than water
