I have been eating my own poop for years and love it. Yes the hard stuff is much better to deal with and its easier to swallow to. The soft stuff is not as enjoyable but it seems to be sweeter for some reason but I still avoid that soft stuff. I have eaten a few female friends of mine's poop and it is much more erotic and have never had any ill affects from doing this. My stuff also is very sweet as I suffer from type-2 diabetes and I use and drink diet soda so a lot of artificial sweetner in my diet as well.
