I don't know, as per my post, I was in the process of adding more information to get the conversation back on track but the mods were of the same mindset of all the people giving me vague answers based on one piece of wrongly guessed information.
That kind of dismissive attitude and inability to address an issue as a developing question looking for solid answers is kinda disappointing.
whey protein powder, the one I currently have is with strawberry flavor which is actually quite good. I mix it with a little water and then with the skyr, works well and tastes pretty good.
This is the information I worked out yesterday, showing that I am in fact getting enough calories to loose about 1kg a week, a healthy rate of weight loss: https://i.imgur.com/uUvwe0U.png
While *"You're not getting enough vitamins and minerals"* and *"You need to eat more calories"* are answers to the question, they're vague based on one piece of additional information that I guessed that was irrelevant to the question I was asking: my calorie intake.

It varies a bit but currently:
450g skyr + 30g protein powder + 1 banana (~500)
turkey on toast (~200)
2 soft boiled eggs (~150)
cottage cheese with veggies (~150)
