Lynne already explained this. 25% of Israel is Arab, avg. 80-85. ~30-35% of Israel is ‘Ashkenazi’ on paper. IQ research for developing nations has been unreliable at best (those 'IQ maps' spread around /pol/ have some offensively shoddy data), but there is an IQ gap between developed and developing nations. There's an IQ gap between us and our ancestors too. There are a few factors involved.

Isn't 100 IQ supposed to be the average? As in, the way IQ is measured, 100 is designed to be the average, and smarter people are above 100 and dumber people are below 100? So when the population gets smarter on average the standards for 100 get higher, and when the population gets dumber on average the standards get lower?

So if there's like 1.5 billion east Asians and Jews who average at 105-110, a billion Europeans who average at 95-100, and 5.5 billion everyone else who average at 62-90, wouldn't the average worldwide IQ be far below 100?

Well IQ was invented and first measured in Western Europe/America, so it stands to reason that the center of the distribution would be 100 among that population.

They say that Australian aboriginals left Africa long before any of the rest of us did. So why does the entire rest of the world have less genetic distance to the aboriginal Australians compared to sub-saharan Africans? At the same time, why are sub-saharan Africans less genetically distant from Europeans than they are to any other group? Hmm... like those things almost contradict each other, I can't find any pattern of relatedness.
