5'0" tall keep my weight between anywhere from 95lbs-100lbs. Weight can vary like that depending if I am on my period or not such as last week I weighed around 99 or so because I had water weight gain due to my period. If I drink a lot of soft drinks and salt, it won't come out until the next day or two before I see accurate results.

I been weighing myself every single day since I was a teenager on a dr's scale. When we bought this one when I was married just like the one my parents have, it was around $300 at the time around 2002 or so.

If you drink a lot of diuretics such as soft drinks, iced tea, alcohol, etc. with a lot of salt, it doesn't come out right away. For example, have a lot of soft drinks and salt over the weekend. Monday, all day and that night, pee, usually it's 3-4 lbs of water weight at times, sometimes 2lbs it depends on how much drink I drank and usually don't have much water, so it stays in you called WATER RETENTION. EVER HEARD OF IT? Especially if you are on your period.

Dieting. 2 days of less than 500 calories. One day during the week of 850-900 calories. I do some dieting every single week.

For example, last friday and this monday were less than 500 calorie days. 1/2 cup of oatmeal a tiny bit of sugar in it with cinnamon and a tiny bit of milk, then 170 calorie meal from Lean Cuisine.

I am not "thin" such as skinny. I am just right. I am not fat or chunky either. In 2005, I weighed 87lbs. Then I was getting to the point of being skinny.

I diet every single week. It's not easy. I have had times when I have done too much dieting during the years like too many days not eating enough I have had low blood sugar saw black, but it's not that often. I also can't have an enema and diet, because it seems to make your blood sugar go low. I only use an enema at times because when you do this yo-yo type of dieting you can get constipated.

I don't eat out every day or anything. Saturdays and Sundays I eat out most of the time. As I said, if I eat more than that I try to lose the weight beforehand. If I don't, I have to lose it after the fact. The biggest I have ever been was 106lbs when I went off dieting for a little while in 1999 for about 6 months. I lost the weight by just cutting portions down such as back then I would have 3 poptarts for breakfast, then 2, then down to 1. Now wonder why I was not as small when I started my day at 600 calories(200 calories per poptart). I never want to be fat and would rather be dead than be fat. People judge you by the way you look.
