I'm not familiar with level X, fentanyl is definitely more difficult to dose than heroin imo but both are doable. If that's pure fentanyl it's not like they'd be using .35 at once.

If you are purchasing dope and are given fentanyl, what's to stop the supplier from switching to a different, more powerful analogue of fentanyl if the trade suits him?

If youre being given adulterated dope, do you expect him to tell you he switched it up with Carfentanil(roughly 100x greater potency)? Or if he cut it with Lofentanil or, even worse, Methylfentanyl? What if it were Ohmefentanyl (so potent its usage is restricted to being studied on elephants)? I'd be more skeptical of this if fentanyl wasn't already being thrown around today, its an eventuality.
