It's shit like this that makes my life worse as a Eurasian because even if you look amazing you're still a subhuman because Asian women happily marry guys who look like they've been in industrial accidents over an Asian guy. It makes Asian looking males look like the worst fucking losers on earth. The guy is absolutely offensive to look at. Like his face literally makes my stomach churl because he's so ugly. I'd even be mad if he had a white girlfriend People feel they have the liberty to say of course your dad is white. Because white guys see shit like this where some fucking quasimodo looking freak can get Asian girls and they use it as ammo as to how shittyy asian guys are...
I feel like this is where feminists show their true colors. They sound more like lobbying groups for women who wanted disproportionately advantageous rights to themselves instead of equalitarianism.
Is there a stereotype of a 'lesbian' that they need to conform you to address the issue at hand? Women who hook up with drunk guys or drunk girls are rapists. Literally 75-80% of my female friends are rapists.
Given that the issue at hand was addressed by me in the original thread saying "I'm not sure because I haven't enough evidence to come to a strong conclusion", I figure shitposting is all that's merited.
It's very simple. You are asserting that consent can not be given while intoxicating. It is a laughably self-evident fact that sober women having sex with drunk men happens all the time, which, under said definition of rape, makes those women rapists. This is obvious to anyone with two brain cells to rub together, however you retards refuse to admit it. You know it's true, though, so you keep deflecting with these lame attempts at jokes. Why? What is the point?
Don't drag me back into that, I deleted my comments because I was tired of explaining (the apparently difficult concept) to people that if someone is drunk, everything else does not matter, they cannot consent.
u/que-hegan can you find anything else that being drunk would be an excuse. I.E. I shot a guy but I was shit faced so I'm free to go. If a woman can't concent if she's drunk then a dude cant rape if he's drunk as both are not in their right mind.
Contra Doe v. Ohio State University (No. 2:15-cv-02830-JLG-CMV) (S.D. Ohio, Apr. 24, 2018) (denying defendant's motion for summary judgment on qualified-immunity grounds), wherein a federal court just ruled on this literally this week (link to the full opinion at bottom of article), holding that college defendants should be able to present expert evidence that (allegedly) blacked-out people could consent.
"Intoxicated" (i.e., drunk) people can consent to things. "Incapacitated" (i.e., stone-cold unconscious or darned close to it) can't. "Blacked-out" people are a maybe? Because they're walking around and talking even though they might not remember it the next day -- and it's not like humans come equipped with a "drunkenness meter" in the middle of their foreheads that their potential partners can consult to see if they are on solid legal ground if some hooking-up happens.
The actual case is pretty messed-up. A woman who failed her first year of med school got to re-take that year (I'm confused how that happens, but whatever). When she got back to school for her second try, she hooked-up with another med student after having ~6 drinks in 8 hours. They were cool all year until she failed medical school a second time and suddenly claimed at her expulsion meeting that she was failing because teh rapez (same as "Jackie" at UVA). OSU med school gave the woman a third try at retaking her first-year classes (b/c teh rapez) and kicked-out the guy while hiding the suspicious timing of these events and effectively barred him from ever working as a doctor in the US. Allegedly.
Intoxicated people can consent, I don't disagree. This case seems fucked up and she wasn't traumatized but even still, blacked out is iffy and at some point you can't comprehend what you're agreeing to
It's so mind numbingly dumb when two SRDine "lawyers" try to argue the law in the comments. Bonus points when the one who actually seems to be a real lawyer is getting downvoted while someone who is arguing from wiki articles and is an expert in the law because they know "high level British judges" because they did some IT work for the courts once is getting upvoted.
I originally got banned from WorldNews years ago for arguing that with a mod.
They declared that it's illegal in the US to have sex with someone who's drunk and so I asked them to point out the law, as there is literally no law that states being drunk removes consent for sex.
They kept insisting it's true, tried to claim they meant the UK (again, literally no laws there either) and then banned me over it.
Bonus points when the one who actually seems to be a real lawyer is getting downvoted while someone who is arguing from wiki articles and is an expert in the law because they know "high level British judges" because they did some IT work for the courts once is getting upvoted.
This is literally every conversation about the law on reddit.
And why my lawyer ass now refuses to comment on anything law-related. There's always a sophomore community-college CS major out there who thinks that he has used Logic & ReasonTM to prove why all of constitutional law is wrong.
np, /u/annoysthegoys assures me that if someone else does the pinging and the lolcows takes the bait, then I can swoop in and kyspost to my heart's content ๐
It really pisses me off when people point that out and feminists immediately jump to "nobody forced her into a car though! she was still raped while drunk while she consented to get in the car!"
Bitch, when the discussion is LITERALLY about whether or not you CAN consent while drunk.
You can be raped while drunk, as you can both give and deny consent.
It's like saying "we need to figure out whether or not she was raped first before we decide if he did it" and them screaming "I can't believe you want to question a rape victim!"
So if someone takes a shot are they now unable to consent to sex? Is there a BAC threshold, like driving a car, or is there a sobriety test that we can use to determine if someone is sober enough to consent to sex?
I notice you don't mention the treatment of the corpse. If you're happy to allow an internment in consecrated ground you're no better than a rape-apologist.

That thread was a fucking wreck. I can't believe how much responsibility and agency some people want to strip from women.

you wish. so many guys have these femdom society fantasies with dix in their hands while talking about feminism, clearly being closet submissives.
1 GadolBoobies 2018-04-28
Well, to be fair, even if we ignored judging feminism on it's actions, it's not like the name didn't give it away.
Feminism is literally an ideology that revolves around female supremacy. It's in the name.
