I don't care about the rules of probation. They're retarded. In my state it's a probation violation to not have a 40 hour per week job. You can go to jail for working 35 hours a week. Not a lot of credibility to that system. Post bussy.
From most of the articles about the case she couldn't even get a direct answer from her probation officer about the legality of voting and filed a provisional ballot which was denied based on her probation status. So the provisional ballot worked as intended so the vote wasn't actually counted and she still got violated by someone who couldn't even tell her whether it was allowed or not. It's totally ridiculous to send someone who had no other violations back to prison for this.
