that's because the lynchpin to general tranny acceptance as they want it defined involves 'proving' the 'wrong brain / wrong body' hypothesis using data from brain scans and autopsies of dead trannies. if they can prove it's biological and they're 'really a woman trapped in a man's body' they feel they can gain acceptance similar to how it became commonly accepted in the West that homosexuality is an inborn trait for the most part.

unfortunately for trannies, the brain evidence is super flimsy and even it it were shown that they had brain structure more similar to the opposite sex, it wouldn't prove their assertion anyways. it would be just as easy to argue that effeminate males or masculine women (tomboys or whatever, generally just called gender non-conforming) are what the brain scans reveal, and the notion that sex can be changed is nonsense.

That's not really a thing anyway. If I remeber well there is like 4% of brain that can be said to be either fully male or fully female and most of everyone has characteristic of both.

The only thing we are sure about trans is that the only solution that work is transitionning.

The various kinds of hermaphrodites/intersex don't negate the fact that there can only ever be two sexes, because sexual reproduction can only happen with the combination of an XY and XX. Copying errors like XXY or whatever aren't "another sex" anymore than amputees are "another species" because they have the wrong number of limbs to be "human", or down syndrome kids because they don't have 46 chromosomes. The basic mechanisms of sexual reproduction would have to drastically change for there to be more than two sexes.

But you're right- the "only two genders" smug-posters annoy me even more than the "76 genders" retardation because buying into the push from "sex" to "gender" at all is a total own-goal.
