Help with ranges

My labs came back today. I've been on divided 200mg spiro, 4mg estradiol (sublingual) for a month. Previously was at half that for 2 months. Estradiol was at 87.0 pg/ml, T was 10 ng/dL. My doc is bumping it to 6mg estradiol then we'll retest in 3 months. I'm concerned that's not going to hit a 150pg/ml target, and we should increase to 8mg. Thought? How long do levels take to stabilize.

We can talk about guns if you want. I have a XDS 9MM for CCW. I also have a P226 and VP9 that need some range time. 9MM is best MM. Been thinking something pump action for home defense.

Love my 226 and concur that 9mm is best mm, to the point I got a Kimber Stainless in 9. Shoots like silk. Fuck those 10mm cultists.
But why pumpaction and not something more tacticool? Get yo self a 300 BLK and some subsonic rounds (I kid, pump is the best. Just prepare to patch a million holes).

It's pretty good if you want to scare of rodents. If you actually want to defend yourself, you at least need .45 ACP. Sure you don't get as many shots, but 7+1 is all I need when I'm spitting death at a dumbass.
