"Biased" as in having a worldview or a point of view?
Its "red pill people" (like /r/theredpill) arguing with "blue pill people" (like /r/thebluepill), that's literally the whole point of the sub, a place for two opposed views to argue about a specific ideology, for lack of a better term.
How could there be lack of "bias"? It's just a weird inapt observation
Well, I mean to an outsider who didn't know that I think that'd be a good observation, plus most "debate" subs seem to be mostly one sided or completely polarized.

We like PPD because the topics are interesting and it’s fun to argue! I mean I get it, not everyone enjoys debating strangers on the internet. My sister thinks I’m crazy for enjoying it.

Oh there’s lots of people with “agendas” on PPD. Although there are lots who don’t have them. And yeah I agree we can get pretty into it. I’d imagine debate subs in particular are more prone to that.
I do think compared to other debate subs, it actually seems to have a much wider spectrum, other debates subs seem to either get taken over by one side, or descend into two opposed very polarized groups who don't really seem to actually discuss anything really.
