Apparently - and this is just /u/Throwaway51834's opinion, not mine - being homosexual is a legitimate reason to refuse to perform productive labor or otherwise try to become useful to society.
If you increase the net utility in the world by producing art (a luxury good), then you're absolutely doing productive labor. Therefore, you are not conforming to the standards of twink behavior and are basically just a clone of everyone else.
I bet you could hire a lot of trans programmers to get your "gender diversity" quota up. I mean, they're genetically male, so they should at least be half way decent at it even if all that estradiol is making them hysterical all the time.
Also, I think it's gay men that get good jobs, not the women so much. Many of the gay men I know personally have jobs like engineers, lawyers, bankers, etc. All of the gay women are baristas or work for non-profit mental health organizations.
