In all honesty, if I were single I wouldn't mess with girls under 30ish other than just to pick up at a bar and then not call back. But the thing is most people, men or women, are paired off by that time unless they either A) don't want to be, on some level (prioritizing work, simply not wanting to settle down) B) just really aren't offering much to most people.
Sex communists (aka incels) demand that the sexually unattractive/repulsive be showered with the same sexual rewards as the sexually attractive.

Both worldviews are based on jealousy: Chad and Stacy were born with talent, money and discipline (or for incels: charisma and beauty), and they're working hard to stay economically (or sexually) attractive. Whereas you were born with none of that, and even if you were you'd still be too lazy to make anything of it.
