Pretty sure my [25M] girlfriend [24F] of one year has found out about my reddit account and is now acting weird around me because of it
I think I made a mistake the other week, my computer didn't shut down properly and I was still logged in my reddit account. I'm also pretty sure my girlfriend saw it because since then she's been acting a bit strange around me.
Now I'm not always completely sincere with my comments, I like to joke around a bit, and looking at my post history might give someone a sort of wrong impression of me. For instance I might have mentioned a few times that I think teenage girls 14 and older can potentially be attractive (who, just for reference, are legal where I live so it's not nearly as bad as it sounds). But it's not like I'm into teenage girls actually and I was mostly joking anyway. Then there's the thing about me being subscribed to and sometimes commenting in subreddits which are dedicated to, well petite women, small breasted women, the barely legal, cute type of women. It's just my preference, really, but I feel like it might potentially make me look bad.
Ever since then I feel like my girlfriend has been acting a bit suspicious, seems to be giving me the side eye occassionally but maybe I'm just imagining things. She hasn't brought it up but the mood has been sort of tense lately because of it, at least I feel so.
Then we visited her parents the other day and I really got the impression that she was uncomfortable with me being around her younger sister especially, she's 15 just for reference. Can't really point to any specific actions but she seemed sort of suspicious, then she wanted to leave way earlier than we usually do.
Not really sure where to go from here. I think she's acting like that because of my comments and such but I don't want to bring it up myself. Any idea how to best solve this issue?
tl;dr: Girlfriend probably found my possibly questionable reddit account history and is now acting somewhat suspicious around me, or at least I feel like she is. Not sure how to proceed from here.
