OK so YouTube is a business, and they have a inherent drive to make money, fine. But you know what else a good business does? They make their terms very clear to their partners. By having "demonitzed" content on their platform, and by having the checkbox to allow ads or not on a channel, they're sending very mixed messages to their business partners. That's a shitty way to run a business. They need to be much more clear about policy.
