England win at the World Cup. r/Ireland show just how little they care about England with one of many threads about them.

I laughed so hard when narco-funded Colombia lost lmao

Now to root for Neymar and Suarez the Biter for the drama

It's funny how these guys have such small-minded views of third-world countries while they try to make themselves as these great humanitarians. Fuck off

/r/ireland is a fucking embarrassment. Nothing but naive bullshit about a reunited Ireland and English hate. Not a representation of Ireland.

The Irish are an embarrassment in general. Dudes literally starved on an Island surrounded by fish.

go fuck yourself

Im sorry I thought this was r/drama where we could shit on anyone but I guess the Irish are just too far.

Its not the jews its the Hibernians

Solid grasp of the famine there.

They really do obsess about England. They go on about how many English people dislike Ireland, but...we really don't. It's a cliche, but we don't even think about Ireland.

We have a serious chip on our shoulder. Small country syndrome. For example, we always have to talk about how brilliant our soccer fans are when they go abroad. Self praise is no praise.

I love watching the ITV commentary as it's comical.
The most biased commentary I've ever watched and can't help at laugh at some of the stuff said.

I mean, they're not wrong on that part. As much as I was cheering England, some of the stuff they said, or failed to say, really was pushing it. BBC would probably have done better, I'm assuming they'll get coverage of the next match.

I'd just like to link this other post where you can see that a lot of irish posters turned against Colombia and started supporting England.

Tbh I started off rooting for the mayo side too(discusting I know) but all those fouls made me switch over to Tyrones side pretty soon.

You can only see this kind of ration in this sub when it's done by the DDF. This post really rustled a few feathers.
