Literally every single game made by a big studio nowadays. Most just don't feel the need to parade it around as if it was special, because it isn't. If you have >100 people working on something, some of them will be female, that simple.

I must admit that I don't actually know any studio heads aside from Yoko Taro and the guy who made Dark Souls (whose name I partly forgot though, I think it was Miazaki something?). But I'm pretty sure there are some. Naughty Dog has several women in leading positions afaik, and their games are generally considered pretty damn good.

I only really play WoW and Oldshool runescape and I have my reservations about the other games mentioned, but there are a lot of alternatives out there. GW2 isn’t awful but imo it’s not great either.
