This was literally the worst possible move you could have made. Doing nothing would have served your purposes better, because now we gird our strongholds closer. You not only failed to destroy KotakuInAction, you have galvanized it.
In what way must the world hurt you to become this way? This makes me imagine that a venn diagram of autistic redditors and KIA users is almost a perfect circle.

Or how about when you deliberately made the atmosphere at industry conventions toxic so people you didn't personally know didn't feel welcome to intrude on your little personal fiefdom?
Or all those times you played hard defense for these massive companies destroying the hobby you claim to support and then having the absolute nerve to cast yourself as the lone hero against these same companies writing you checks and claim that you simply failed in this duty because the people in the space were just too stupid not to be duped?
Oh, oh, what about that time that you attempted to bully publishers into making sure that you and your friends would be the only arbiters of content? You remember that, don't you? When you managed to get player metrics taken offline so people couldn't see just how little your input was valued by the industry and then your friends and their outlets pitched a 3 day bitchfit because one of your friends singlehandedly deleting games they didn't like forced Valve to say that deleting games is bad?
Do you remember these things, Kotaku? Polygon? GIBiz? GamaSutra? No one?
Let's not even get into all those times where you treated your audience who still respected you after all this with the loftiest contempt imaginable; the complete shutting down of any forms of feedback on your jobs, the bullying of developers who said your articles were wrong with proof, the endless peans to a desired future when all the people reading just dropped dead and fucked off so they could let you play with your sandcastles?
So to these absolutely toxic outlets that have done their best to ruin everything that people weaker than them might enjoy, I say this:
