Let me give you a rundown of the facts of r/Drama.

You probably mean HRT. Surgery doesn't give nearly as big a QoL boost as the hormones and is mostly a desperate insecurity-driven attempt to fit in better. It's basically really heavy plastic surgery. A majority of trannies doesn't even get SRS done.
