It’s the same as energy drinks, innit? Their marketing strategy is to throw big words and vitamins at the consumer to make them think that it’s good.

I mean I buy energydrinks mostly just because of the coffein and the taste. Some of them are really tasty, but damn would I never assume them to be healthy.

Vitamin Water however is even more a scam because it even says the in the name "vitamin" water. Despite being just sugar water with some basic vitamin C mixed in.

I'm pretty sure energy drinks are just packed with caffeine. The other shit can all go to hell, but the five gazillion milligrams of caffeine works like a charm.
