That's actually not totally inconsistent with what the actual sociological research says about the conditions that lead to jihadist movements
While poor socio-economic conditions are the largest cause of suicidal jihadist movements they're not universal, ie well to do Saudis, Jordanians, and Egyptians such as Sayid Qtub and Ayman al-Zawahiri for instance were foundational in the modern jihadist movement and while obviously they're not the ones blowing themselves up and killing people directly, middle class Arabs were among those who volunteered to join the fight against the Soviet Union in the 80s.
What is universal among those who actual commit acts of violence are 4 things; being male, being teens to 20s, a feeling of having no future, and a lack of romantic relationships.
So while this person's analysis is pretty meh, the point about incels and jihadists sharing characteristics isn't an unfounded one. Any expert on military policy will tell you the most dangerous thing in the world in terms of the potential for terrorism or insurgency is directionless young men with nothing to do and a feeling of nothing to lose
