Why do people act like this should be standard operating procedure? Like, it's nice that they managed to arrest him without having to shoot him, but the perp could have stabbed the officers if he wasn't so retarded and was actually determined to.
Because they have no brains. It's like they forgot that time a soldier was hacked to death with a machete and the person in question strolled around because the police wouldn't approach him.
