Exactly dude! Your entire understanding on the nature of being trans is hinging on what you, in your completely fucking inexpert positions, think "gender dysphoria" being a mental ilness implies.
What do I think it implies? I think it means that dealing with being a different gender mentally than the one associate with your physical body causes a significant enough dysphoria (a state of unease or generalized dissatisfaction with life) that it causes significant difficulty with living. Kinda like how depression is still a mental illness, even if it has a legitimate cause.
The thing is, you have this idea of mental illness as always being hallucinatory which is just plain fucking wrong, but you're unable to escape from within those confines, so convincing you of anything will be impossible. You'll continue to go around saying "derrrrrrrrr dahhhhhhhhhh trans is a mental illness" like it means what you fucking want it to mean, when it doesn't.
so then you agree that it could be a possibility, and if that could be a possibility then there's a possibility of being born with the wrong gendered brain. certainly there's nowhere near enough knowledge about the brain to make a definite statement to the contrary. yet, you are claiming to have certain knowledge that it's impossible and that everyone claiming to have the "wrong" gendered brain is delusional.
