With all due respect, you seem to be using this opportunity to grandstand your particular position as well. Why decide to offer arguments, assertions and a source for only one side of the discussion if it is your intent to ensure the topic is discussed objectively?
No, you can talk about the issue as a whole but they delete comments that are just conjecture and anecdotal evidence.
You need to provide the proper data if you're willing to make other claims, which if you look at the deleted comments, a whole bunch of them have provided sources relevent to the discussion and yet they have been removed. The mods suck over there.
