To spot a Ponzi, you need to audit a fund to see that it is insolvent and does not have the assets it claims to.
ICOs are pyramid schemes - every who signs up does so on the understanding that they expect greater fools to come along. Perfectly transparent.

Holy fuck the description of that ICO ahahahaha. They just gave up on at least trying to come up with some BS usecase. It's just a "decentralized aggregation platform" hahahahaha. Just like 20000 ICOs before.
I was surprised to find that supload actually has a white paper, then back down to baseline when it's full of outright lies.
