I'm a burger and to be honest with you I've always hated tipping culture too. Just put it in the fucking bill and pay your workers more if you want to, if you don't then don't.
Tipping is a way for rich people to feel like they're helping the working poor by occasionally tossing a few dollars to glorified panhandlers. Then they don't have to feel guilty about the cleaners, dish-washers, janitors, and other less attractive poor people.
