Now she’s being exploited for her weight by the fashion companies that want to be “plus friendly”. I guarantee that she is in constant discomfort from carrying all that weight around. She will probably have a stroke in a relatively short time, maybe even death. Did you read that study about fat chimpanzees on heavy caloric restriction? the slight increase in longevity came with a huge drop off in quality of life.
