I’m going to have to disagree on the “doesn’t have much anyway” part. One of my coworkers has EBT but still spends $80-100 dollars to get her hair or nails done every couple weeks.

The poors require the freshest of produce, sourced from your local Whole Foods, sold to the poor by a hipster planning on making it big in the soy fake meat market (also EBT approved), for prices that are definitely not a ripoff. The poors also need the best wagyu beef, to help them through the dark horror of joblessness. Unless they want rice and lentils, but that’s like...inhumane.
