Griswold v. Connecticut is effectively why it's legal to fuck without intent to make a baby. It also lead to other landmark cases like Roe v Wade, Lawrence v Texas, Obergefell v. Hodges, and Eisenstadt v. Baird. I think we should be worried about the anti-sex rulings that Kavanaugh's presence on the court could lead to.
