You absolute moron, we are not limp wishy washy centrists, we're RADICAL centrists. Centrists try to come up with policies that lie between the radical edges, radical centrists come up with schemes that meld all the radical edges together in glorious union. A centrist isn't sure if transgenderism is a real thing and thinks society should be welcoming of them but not necessarily endorse them.
Radical centrists believe that Transgenderism is a Jewish Hoax to sterilize undesirable young men and curve population growth and that it doesn't go far enough and up to 80% of men should be forcibly transitioned to reduce violent crime. Centrists wish they were as woke as their radical superiors.
Yeah lets all come together be civil and find a middle ground. Mate this is a drama sub we love both extremes and say we're in the middle so we can pretend we're smarter than both sides
Bro I don't understand, I'm totally with you - women are infallibly honest, we should always believe them especially in politically heated partisan contexts.
The funny thing is as I said in another comment I expected a lot of "Drama is ironic" shit as a response to my comment but instead I get instead I get one woman hater after the other that try to convince me they don't hate woman LOL
Lol i love that you check how well your imaginary internet points are doing in your previous posts. League of Legends really does attract the most toxic kind of person ._.
Her polygraph was edited to remove an exact year during and her exboyfriend called her out saying that she lied under oath about having knowledge about how he procedure goes and coached her friend on its use.
Roy "If we did go out on dates then we did." Moore was very credible. Maybe in right wing bizzaro world, were vaccins are not real and climate change is made up by the Chinese.
i mean its pretty much exactly their playbook to accuse people of that shit so i take it with a grain of salt until theres concrete evidence, which there never was
"She only partially forged the year book! The rest of it totally wasn't forged! Yes ignore where she originally said the entire thing was true and backtracked!"
Like unless I am the chick making charges or a citizen of Alabama why would I even give a fuck? I can barely be bothered to care about the politicians I actually am supposed to vote for. I have no idea how the people that don't even live in America get hooked on this shit.
Why should she continue? She tried to get justice and the president responded by openly mocking her on national TV. Then the white house created a sham "investigation" that basically boiled down to "we investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing." And now the person she accused is on the supreme Court.
Kavanaugh has already shown himself to be unstable, claiming he's going to go on the warpath against the Democrats. Why should Ford keep fighting when it's obvious she is the going to get justice?
Realistically, what else can she do? She tried to get justice, it failed. It's not it was ever going to go to trial.
If she kept fighting I'm 100% positive those same people would just say "lol well she clearly just wants more money, this is just further proof she's lying".
People who have already decided she's lying won't have their mind changed by anything.
She didn't even go through the proper channels. She never brought law enforcement into the picture, which is what normal people do when they think they've been a victim of a crime.
Got to remember, she simply sent a letter saying that they may want to look into him further because he did this to her when she was in HS. She did not want to come forward about it, but just wanted someone to know. Someone then leaked it and they found out about it. She did not even want to do the hearing, but she was being hounded and all that jazz.
Ford already has like a million bucks in a gofundme. Just wait til she hits the fucking speaking circuit, writes a book, gets a lifetime movie deal or whatever. All these morons saying "what does she have to gain from making an accusation like this up" need to pull their heads out of their asses.
Nah he was lying through his teeth. I know because thats how I lie to my boss after I fuck up. Glad he got through though since it provided such good Drama for a week solid. Like watching game of thrones live production. Glad I don't live in the USA so all of this doesn't have any impact on my life.
I do live in the US and it still doesn't affect me. People just get too wrapped up in this shit. I don't really give a fuck who gets elected to do what, those people don't pay my fucking bills.
Yeah people think politics matters way more than it actually effects their day to day life. Most of the shit people are mad at Trump for these days was enacted by Obama presidents before him. Political change takes years to come into effect, yet they somehow believe Trump is an idiot but also gets shit passed in record time.
Eh, I think there is some middle. Probably ol K-Dawg got blackout drunk and got a bit handsy, she probably got felt up and told him no a couple times then he most likely moved on.
I bet she was coached to make the story seem way more damning that it actually was, even if something happened. The fact that there were no other corroborating witnesses (actually they all said it didn't happen) was the final straw.
yeah besides have a senate hearing about it you faggot. if she has viable proof she would be pursuing it. instead she just sperged out and accomplished nothing
"A second version of the law — assault with intent to rape — was a felony in the early 1980s, with a 15-year maximum sentence. That law had no statute of limitations, and could be applied to alleged offenses from the early 1980s, according to Brian Shefferman, a longtime defense attorney and former head public defender in Montgomery County."
maryland cops actually gave a letter out saying the statue of limitations at the time were 1 year and so they're not getting involved.
if i EVER see ytou giving out misininformation on this sub again i WILL report you to the mods for you to be banned. i already took a screenshot of this post and have it saved to my desktop. i wont forget and i never do. be cautious.
/r/spez please add this poster to the list of suspects in the russia investigation on reddit. i am a hobbyist web slueth and i've never seen such blatant evidence in my life.
Also Manger stated that the laws at the time of the assault would apply in the case — in 1982 assault and attempted rape were both misdemeanors and subject to a one-year statute of limitations.
As a misdemeanor, the offense carried a one-year statute of limitations, meaning charges would have had to be filed within a year of an incident, according to John McCarthy, Montgomery County’s longtime chief prosecutor. Lisae C. Jordan, the executive director and counsel for the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault, and other longtime Maryland lawyers interviewed in recent days concurred.
Only one rando defense lawyer brought up the assault with intent to rape charge that has no statute. The chief prosecutor shrugged off that law because it's probably so hard to get that charge to stick that it's pointless to talk about it.
You do know that the article says that she attempt to and none of the women took her upon the offer; thus having to return the money. Right? You did read that part?
Because if someone sexually assaults you and you care enough to bring it up as soon as the CIA deposits the million in your bank account 5 minutes before a vote then surely you would care enough to make sure he gets prosecuted.
A legitimate victim doesn't give up as soon as the democrats get bored.
It's because we don't let the 35 year old uncorroborated accounts of woman admissible in a court to lock up a man forever that we have a rape culture. Honestly we even hold a trial. All men are guilty of rape until they prove they didn't do it.
Right, like.. She was raped, and now that her whole life has been laid out for public consumption, she might as well try to do some good. I don't understand the Bad Thing.
I mean, if she's spineless and wants to admit that it was her fault she was raped, that's absolutely true. But if she were an actual human being shse has other options.
The United States has fallen to communism long ago, yet no one speaks about it.
There's a popular "non-partisan libertarian" (alt-right) youtuber who unironically believes that the United States is a socialist country because property tax exists. He gets over $4k a month from patreon alone to dispense such wisdom.
If any other subreddit had done even half the fuckery that T_D has since it's inception Admin would have stepped in. Imagine if I put a sticky on r/news demanding all my subscribers go after a public figure or another subreddit. How long do you think it would take you to intervene?
We all know the answer to this. It would not last a day. Yet, there is a double standard in play here that has been ongoing for so long it's beyond the status of an anomaly by any definition.
When people threaten to hang, lynch, murder, rape or otherwise harm actual people, every other subreddit is expected to get on that shit immediately. Let's not forget the constant russian propaganda that festers there. But if it's on T_D? Naw, thats just boys being boys right? Valuable voices amirite?
Don't say you need reports. Don't say you are not aware of the issues there. Please don't insult our intelligence this way. We know you have seen them. We know for some insane reason nothing is going to happen to this subreddit that constantly breaks sitewide rules.
It is not the legit political content I object to. It is their behavior as a reddit community. Brigading, harassing, racism, sexism, violent rhetoric.... But most frightening - radicalizing vulnerable kids who just need to feel they belong to something. This is something Reddit is directly responsible for in my opinion.
Landoflobsters I am not blaming you specifically. This is a massive failure at the policy level. It's way too easy to turn a blind eye instead of getting the balls out on the table and handling the problem. It is probably too late to do the right thing anyhow. You guys should have done this a year ago.
You can impeach SC justices, so if she was willing to cooperate with Congress I think there was definitely more she could do. It's really hard to see this as anything but "well my smear didn't work, whatever let's move on".
The women who claimed Bill Clinton raped them decades ago have not stopped talking about it since. I was fully expecting the Democrats to trot her out right away and begin impeachment proceedings, or at the very least make her a figurehead against Republicans for the elections. The fact that everyone involved seems happy to walk away is fishy at best.
Trying to impeach him over this allegation would be an absolute shitshow, it would be incredibly hostile and would drag on for years with her at the center of it all. Given it's unlikely to go anywhere, that alone would be a reason to throw in the towel.
This entire ordeal was a farce. There was never any viable evidence for Ford's case presented and the retards defending Kavabro sperged pretty hard the entire time. This while thing was just a circus that netted Ford a solid chunk of change and wasted the time of everyone watching.
I don't because I think she's full of shit. My comment was that if she wasn't a bitter dried-up gussy lying out her ass we'd be seeing more than a casual "shrug, welp time to go home boys!"
I have enough faith in the judicial system that if there was even a shred of real evidence they wouldn't have given up so easily.
If her testimony couldn't keep him off the court, why the fuck would it be enough to impeach him? She's backing off because spending more time on this would be a pointless waste of her time.
That's not obvious at all. He was accused of crimes. She can continue pressing criminal or civil charges. Unless she thinks she'll get punished for making a false accusation, or something.
She has already made a statement, under penalty of perjury (punishment), so why would she be afraid of getting punished for making a false allegation? She's already put herself out there and anyone who can prove what she said was false could get her brought up on those charges. No one has, no one will. Why? Because she didn't lie. Wanna find out? Investigate properly.
Oh ok. Still she could have misremembered, that's different from lying. If something comes out during the lawsuit that disproves Kavanaugh's involvement, she'd probably get sued for all the damage to his reputation this whole thing caused.
Again. It's already been done. There's nothing she can do to make the situation worse for herself legally in the event that she wasn't telling the truth. She's not going to stop because she's afraid of legal trouble from lying. That ship has sailed. She can't walk that back.
She's going to stop because despite everything he was still approved for the Supreme Court. She was literally told by over half of the Senate (by their vote) that she doesn't matter and the truth doesn't matter. If they cared for the truth they would've done a proper investigation instead of the sham that they had or voted no until it was done. It's that simple.
"I won't vote until an investigation is completed that leaves no stone unturned. We're talking about the only position in government that isn't elected and isn't restricted by term. We should be more careful with this than anything else we do."
But nah. Nobody cares. And people wonder why victims of sexual assault don't come forward sooner. lmao
Doesn't really prove anything but that you have an opinion about what happened just like everyone else.
My friend was raped (drugged at a party) with proof (rapekit the day of, and was pregnant with his kid) and didn't pursue it. Why? Because the outcome even if proven was chump change and his parents were rich enough to bail him out of anything.
Why this story? To prove it barely matters what she could do, the result would be chump change.

I'm gonna go ahead and not believe a single word of this incredibly convenient story, kthx
You can not believe it. But it happened. Rape survivors do not want to face their rapists later because they have small chances of getting any resolution from it. Facing their rapists and reliving/being forced to remember their attack is barely worth the money that you may or may not win.
Sure hope you never have a good friend, girlfriend, family member who is raped m8. Then youd have to tell this story to people and just have them say "ill go ahead and not believe any of that"
Rape survivors do not want to face their rapists later because they have small chances of getting any resolution from it. Facing their rapists and reliving/being forced to remember their attack is barely worth the money that you may or may not win.
Why the fuck are you talking about money? The point is to put a rapist behind bars, not weasel some cash out of them. Assuming an actual rape, and not made-up shit like what you're talking about.
So under the criminal court he was innocent? Rich parents that want the problem to go away by throwing money at it seems like the perfect civil court case.
I think I remember that prosecutor saying that at the level of a criminal conviction, her case was pretty weak, but it was more effective in casting doubt on the reputation of kavanagh that has a much lower level of proof. I am kind of surprised that she's not going to be part of the democrats possibly impeaching him in the future though, but i guess that is kind of self explanatory for the same reason she probably has little chance of a criminal conviction and they maybe have a better chance of getting him on lying under oath in his hearing?
I think inter personal crimes with no or scant evidence decades away from the act are pretty difficult to convict, it was even difficult to convict Cosby and I remember reading that there is some chance of an appeal for him because the judge allowed the prosecution to bring in a few of the other women to say that that he did the same shit to them which may or may not be allowed.
Hold up what if this was all part of a ford kav kink. They got off on all this drama around them. They are probably drunkenly touching each other right now.
Democrats have the Republicans exactly where they want them: with the Republican foot on the side of their head, sqaushed in the fetal position. As is their fetish.
Ford does not want the situation to "drag on into the next Congress should Democrats end up winning control on Capitol Hill," the network reported.
What does that even mean? How is that relevant to her allegations at all? Wouldn't it be better if Dems gets the bluewave, so they can have the guy shot down?
Maybe because it's turning her life upside down and the dems winning the Senate wouldn't matter anyway. Dems can only get a simple majority at best and I think you need a supermajority to impeach a justice.
Exactly. I think the last 538 prediction was that Dems only have a 25% chance to take a simple majority in the Senate, and they would need a 2/3rds Senate vote to impeach him. There is no mathematical way to get that in this cycle. Given that the only Republican senator that didn't vote to confirm him was Murkowski, and she didn't vote "No", she voted "Present" (supposedly as a favor to her friend who couldn't be there to vote "Yes" because he was at his daughter's wedding) there is literally no way he's going to be impeached even if there is a blue wave this year. The Republicans already heard her testimony and it made no difference to any of them except Murkowski so why would any rational person keep disrupting their own life to try to accomplish a thing that has no possible chance of succeeding? It sucks, I didn't want Kavanaugh for a plurality of reasons, but he's in now and he's not going away until his liver gives out. It just is what it is at this point.
No. Given no formal proceedings to impeach a judge laid out in the constitution, they're going to have to use the presidential system if they want any chance of the Supreme Court upholding the impeachment.
Remember: this is is not specifically allowed by the constitution, it's an 'the exception proves the rule' thing, where the line that indicates court members can only serve under continuing good morals often being interpreted in modern times as providing the power to impeach a SC.
But that all has to go before the SC itself before it can become valid, and they're going to want ironclad proof before allowing it, and a completely proper following of the system. So that means 60 senators, and that's never going to happen.
Probably not too crazy about the Dems ignoring her allegations until mid September in order to get roasties riled up for the political theatre that will be November. Or maybe Schumer deciding that sexual assault isn’t as important as possibly losing Manchin’s West Virginia seat.
Even if the Democrats take all i think 9 possible Senate seats, they still wouldnt have enough votes for any impeachment proceedings. So dumbasses frothing at the mouth about impeachment arent really helpful and the politcal grandstanding it would inevitably inspire would distract from actual issues.
If shes so certain this happened I would assume more damning evidence would have came to her support by now. Theres nothing supporting her story and she know it.

1 captainpriapism 2018-10-07
i mean its pretty much exactly their playbook to accuse people of that shit so i take it with a grain of salt until theres concrete evidence, which there never was
and then as soon as he lost they forgot about it
1 TruthPains 2018-10-07
One of Roy Moore's accusers is suing him.
1 GadolBoobies 2018-10-07
And Avenatti plans to still keep accusing Kavanaugh.
Your lack of point means nothing since there's still no evidence.
1 TruthPains 2018-10-07
I was responding to this about Roy Moore.
1 Kingmatt227 2018-10-07
iirc It came out that him being banned from a mall was just a straight up lie, the mall owner had to speak out
1 TruthPains 2018-10-07
Was it?

Yeah https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/former-mall-manager-doesnt-recall-banning-roy-moore-despite-reports

Thanks.
1 AnyCopy745 2018-10-07
Yes, it literally was. As was the yearbook.
1 TruthPains 2018-10-07
The yearbook was not disproved. I believe there was even a handwriting analysis on the signature. But I do know she added notes to it.
1 GadolBoobies 2018-10-07
"She only partially forged the year book! The rest of it totally wasn't forged! Yes ignore where she originally said the entire thing was true and backtracked!"
1 TruthPains 2018-10-07
Well you said it literally was, when it wasn't. So.. not sure what to tell you.
1 AnyCopy745 2018-10-07
Imagine being as retarded as /u/TruthPains
1 TruthPains 2018-10-07
You can't.

1 TruthPains 2018-10-07
He signed it, dumb woman added dates to it.
1 AnyCopy745 2018-10-07
No, the name was there, the woman added dates, his last name (lifted from her divorce decree which he was the judge of) and "Ol' Hickory House"
1 TruthPains 2018-10-07
So he did sign it.
1 AnyCopy745 2018-10-07
LOL 10/10 job memeing as a retard.
No, someone named Roy signed it. Of which there are millions

Link me this stuff if you are inclined. I admit I didn't give a shit because I don't live in Alabama.
1 nybbas 2018-10-07
Seriously, I just assumed a lot of it was true. I never actually looked into the allegations. I think it's hilarious be passed a polygraph though.
1 CirqueDuFuder 2018-10-07
Like unless I am the chick making charges or a citizen of Alabama why would I even give a fuck? I can barely be bothered to care about the politicians I actually am supposed to vote for. I have no idea how the people that don't even live in America get hooked on this shit.
1 seshfan2 2018-10-07
Why should she continue? She tried to get justice and the president responded by openly mocking her on national TV. Then the white house created a sham "investigation" that basically boiled down to "we investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing." And now the person she accused is on the supreme Court.
Kavanaugh has already shown himself to be unstable, claiming he's going to go on the warpath against the Democrats. Why should Ford keep fighting when it's obvious she is the going to get justice?
1 LemonScore_ 2018-10-07
CAN
1 captainpriapism 2018-10-07
the only justice would be her in prison for lying and trying to subvert the process
1 seshfan2 2018-10-07
you have proof that she lied?
1 captainpriapism 2018-10-07
id say if you give up instantly as soon as its not politically valuable then its a good sign that shes lying
more convincing than her argument anyway
1 seshfan2 2018-10-07
Realistically, what else can she do? She tried to get justice, it failed. It's not it was ever going to go to trial.
If she kept fighting I'm 100% positive those same people would just say "lol well she clearly just wants more money, this is just further proof she's lying".
People who have already decided she's lying won't have their mind changed by anything.
1 captainpriapism 2018-10-07
i dunno the woman that says bill clinton raped her hasnt stopped talking about it
1 seshfan2 2018-10-07
Neither have the women who accused Trump. Has it mattered at all?
1 captainpriapism 2018-10-07
uh pretty sure they all gave up once that jerry springer lawyer woman stopped coaching them
1 moush 2018-10-07
She didn't even go through the proper channels. She never brought law enforcement into the picture, which is what normal people do when they think they've been a victim of a crime.

LOL 10/10 pasta
1 TruthPains 2018-10-07

1 TruthPains 2018-10-07
Got to remember, she simply sent a letter saying that they may want to look into him further because he did this to her when she was in HS. She did not want to come forward about it, but just wanted someone to know. Someone then leaked it and they found out about it. She did not even want to do the hearing, but she was being hounded and all that jazz.
1 yunghastati 2018-10-07
She's already lost dude, do you not understand that the supreme court is the highest court in the country?

1 NAGOLACOLA 2018-10-07
Where are people getting that this is a loss?
Anita Hill had book deals, political events and a movie. She made millions off of her allegations.
1 nybbas 2018-10-07
Ford already has like a million bucks in a gofundme. Just wait til she hits the fucking speaking circuit, writes a book, gets a lifetime movie deal or whatever. All these morons saying "what does she have to gain from making an accusation like this up" need to pull their heads out of their asses.
1 moush 2018-10-07
Didn't she write the letter because they wanted to fight for justice?
1 PizzaHutGuy2 2018-10-07

Nah he was lying through his teeth. I know because thats how I lie to my boss after I fuck up. Glad he got through though since it provided such good Drama for a week solid. Like watching game of thrones live production. Glad I don't live in the USA so all of this doesn't have any impact on my life.
1 Milky_Stevens 2018-10-07
I do live in the US and it still doesn't affect me. People just get too wrapped up in this shit. I don't really give a fuck who gets elected to do what, those people don't pay my fucking bills.
1 moush 2018-10-07
Yeah people think politics matters way more than it actually effects their day to day life. Most of the shit people are mad at Trump for these days was enacted by Obama presidents before him. Political change takes years to come into effect, yet they somehow believe Trump is an idiot but also gets shit passed in record time.

Or she got a face full of K-Dawg's dong.
1 moush 2018-10-07
I bet she was coached to make the story seem way more damning that it actually was, even if something happened. The fact that there were no other corroborating witnesses (actually they all said it didn't happen) was the final straw.

Are you retarded? Do you know what the statue of limitations is?
1 ConsequentDog 2018-10-07
For Maryland?
Sure do. Here, I'll help you out:
"A second version of the law — assault with intent to rape — was a felony in the early 1980s, with a 15-year maximum sentence. That law had no statute of limitations, and could be applied to alleged offenses from the early 1980s, according to Brian Shefferman, a longtime defense attorney and former head public defender in Montgomery County."
1 UpvoteIfYouDare 2018-10-07
I stand corrected. I have tried to limit my exposure to this entire farce so I didn't even know what state he raped her in.

1 ConsequentDog 2018-10-07
'cept it ain't true.
Assault with intent to rape was a felony at the time, and there's no statute of limitations on it in Maryland.
1 AlveolarPressure 2018-10-07
That's literally what the cops said so 🤷♀️
1 ConsequentDog 2018-10-07
And the lawyers say otherwise.
But, y'know what they say: when you want legal advice, you go to cops, not lawyers. Cops never get the law wrong, after all.
1 AlveolarPressure 2018-10-07
Your lawyers said the same thing:
Only one rando defense lawyer brought up the assault with intent to rape charge that has no statute. The chief prosecutor shrugged off that law because it's probably so hard to get that charge to stick that it's pointless to talk about it.
1 ConsequentDog 2018-10-07
The former head public defender for Montgomery County? That rando lawyer?
Indeed. Criminal complaints with no evidence and no corroboration do, as it turns out, make for charges that don't stick.
1 AlveolarPressure 2018-10-07
The prosecutor would pick which charges fo pursue so your defense lawyer's opinion is irrelevant
1 ConsequentDog 2018-10-07
And he has none to choose from, because a police report hasn't been filed.
Because there is literally nothing to prove that any of this ever happened.

1 Ivashkin 2018-10-07
Trying to impeach him over this allegation would be an absolute shitshow, it would be incredibly hostile and would drag on for years with her at the center of it all. Given it's unlikely to go anywhere, that alone would be a reason to throw in the towel.

1 RecallRethuglicans 2018-10-07
It has been. People legitimately spoke out about his gang rape parties but it was ignored.
1 FrostBittenSalsa 2018-10-07
Maybe because there was never any evidence to support their claims and the FBI investigation turned up empty handed?
1 RecallRethuglicans 2018-10-07
The FBI didn’t investigate those claims. It was a farce.
1 FrostBittenSalsa 2018-10-07
This entire ordeal was a farce. There was never any viable evidence for Ford's case presented and the retards defending Kavabro sperged pretty hard the entire time. This while thing was just a circus that netted Ford a solid chunk of change and wasted the time of everyone watching.
Good drama though, tbh
1 froibo 2018-10-07
That woman is also batshit crazy.
1 lickedTators 2018-10-07
Why on earth do you think an impeachment has any chance of succeeding?
1 -absolutego- 2018-10-07
He's at the bargaining stage of grief now.
1 moush 2018-10-07
I dunno, the dems thought the accusations had a chance of succeeding.
1 carthoris26 2018-10-07
I don't because I think she's full of shit. My comment was that if she wasn't a bitter dried-up gussy lying out her ass we'd be seeing more than a casual "shrug, welp time to go home boys!"
I have enough faith in the judicial system that if there was even a shred of real evidence they wouldn't have given up so easily.
1 AlveolarPressure 2018-10-07
If her testimony couldn't keep him off the court, why the fuck would it be enough to impeach him? She's backing off because spending more time on this would be a pointless waste of her time.
1 -SetsunaFSeiei- 2018-10-07
How do you impeach when you don’t control the senate
1 VioletBroregarde 2018-10-07
That's not obvious at all. He was accused of crimes. She can continue pressing criminal or civil charges. Unless she thinks she'll get punished for making a false accusation, or something.
1 HatSimulatorOfficial 2018-10-07
she already signed a penalty of perjury
1 VioletBroregarde 2018-10-07
I don't know what you were trying to say, say the same thing in a different way.
1 HatSimulatorOfficial 2018-10-07
She signed a document stating that she would be convicted of perjury under federal law if she lied.
1 Little_Orange_Bottle 2018-10-07
She has already made a statement, under penalty of perjury (punishment), so why would she be afraid of getting punished for making a false allegation? She's already put herself out there and anyone who can prove what she said was false could get her brought up on those charges. No one has, no one will. Why? Because she didn't lie. Wanna find out? Investigate properly.
1 VioletBroregarde 2018-10-07
Oh ok. Still she could have misremembered, that's different from lying. If something comes out during the lawsuit that disproves Kavanaugh's involvement, she'd probably get sued for all the damage to his reputation this whole thing caused.
1 Little_Orange_Bottle 2018-10-07
And people wonder why victims of sexual assault don't come forward sooner. lmao
1 mob16151 2018-10-07
So you agree, this shit was hilarious.
1 Little_Orange_Bottle 2018-10-07
Hilarious like watching your mother fall down the stairs.
1 QuantumFreakonomics 2018-10-07
If she thought there was any actual evidence that someone could dig up she would want to pursue the allegations further
This just proves that all the whining about the FBI investigation was nothing more than a political hitjob, but we already knew that
1 HatSimulatorOfficial 2018-10-07
Doesn't really prove anything but that you have an opinion about what happened just like everyone else.
My friend was raped (drugged at a party) with proof (rapekit the day of, and was pregnant with his kid) and didn't pursue it. Why? Because the outcome even if proven was chump change and his parents were rich enough to bail him out of anything.
Why this story? To prove it barely matters what she could do, the result would be chump change.
1 nmx179 2018-10-07
I'm gonna go ahead and not believe a single word of this incredibly convenient story, kthx
1 HatSimulatorOfficial 2018-10-07
You can not believe it. But it happened. Rape survivors do not want to face their rapists later because they have small chances of getting any resolution from it. Facing their rapists and reliving/being forced to remember their attack is barely worth the money that you may or may not win.
Sure hope you never have a good friend, girlfriend, family member who is raped m8. Then youd have to tell this story to people and just have them say "ill go ahead and not believe any of that"
1 nmx179 2018-10-07
Sure, except it didn't.
Why the fuck are you talking about money? The point is to put a rapist behind bars, not weasel some cash out of them. Assuming an actual rape, and not made-up shit like what you're talking about.
1 HatSimulatorOfficial 2018-10-07
It actually did happen. But I do not to prove it to some random reddit dude.
Because my friends story ended up being that the guy would not be put behind bars and her best hope was money. Chump change. Pay attention
1 Penguinproof1 2018-10-07
So under the criminal court he was innocent? Rich parents that want the problem to go away by throwing money at it seems like the perfect civil court case.
1 mob16151 2018-10-07

a.k.a totally not making shit up
1 michgot 2018-10-07
lol u can't get pregnant from rape, the body has a way of shutting that shit down
1 lurker093287h 2018-10-07
1 blindcandyman 2018-10-07
Hold up what if this was all part of a ford kav kink. They got off on all this drama around them. They are probably drunkenly touching each other right now.
1 templesthataum 2018-10-07
Post this on /r/politics now, pussy
1 telandrias 2018-10-07
Democrats have the Republicans exactly where they want them: with the Republican foot on the side of their head, sqaushed in the fetal position. As is their fetish.
1 CountyMcCounterson 2018-10-07
hot
1 moush 2018-10-07
They can share in the reward money too.
1 Pepperglue 2018-10-07
What does that even mean? How is that relevant to her allegations at all? Wouldn't it be better if Dems gets the bluewave, so they can have the guy shot down?
1 AlveolarPressure 2018-10-07
Maybe because it's turning her life upside down and the dems winning the Senate wouldn't matter anyway. Dems can only get a simple majority at best and I think you need a supermajority to impeach a justice.
1 YourDadsNewGF 2018-10-07
1 ThatDamnedImp 2018-10-07
1 Pepperglue 2018-10-07
Aww shucks. So no more drama on her.
1 Chukril 2018-10-07
Probably not too crazy about the Dems ignoring her allegations until mid September in order to get roasties riled up for the political theatre that will be November. Or maybe Schumer deciding that sexual assault isn’t as important as possibly losing Manchin’s West Virginia seat.
1 degorius 2018-10-07
Even if the Democrats take all i think 9 possible Senate seats, they still wouldnt have enough votes for any impeachment proceedings. So dumbasses frothing at the mouth about impeachment arent really helpful and the politcal grandstanding it would inevitably inspire would distract from actual issues.
1 CountyMcCounterson 2018-10-07
Oy vey shut it down the plan has failed
1 LopsidedTraining8 2018-10-07

Huh what an unforseen event

1 NEW_JERSEY_PATRIOT 2018-10-07
If shes so certain this happened I would assume more damning evidence would have came to her support by now. Theres nothing supporting her story and she know it.
1 moush 2018-10-07
There's more evidence that it didn't happen as a matter of fact.

Iying cunt. Democrats are trying to sabotage this country

I hope they perform an investigation into whoever actually raped this poor victim. Such an travesty can not go on unsolved.
