"You can make a lot of progress in scientific research if you disregard ethics" is a factual, apolitical statement, unless you're using it as part of an argument to get rid of ethical regulations.
"A lot of technological discoveries are made during wartime" isn't an argument for more wars.
The point of contention here is whether or not Nazi doctors actually made contributions to modern medical science that ultimately saved a significant enough number of lives to be considered a "silver lining" of the holocaust.
Boogie's critics are alleging that he overstated his case, and Nazi doctors have not made nearly as much of a significant impact as he seemed to believe.

Few people actually use Nazi research, mainly becuase it was mostly just trying to prove the supernatural or their stupid race theory. Other stuff, like the tests of effects of cold and heat aren’t used because they weren’t tested on healthy subjects.
They did good research on hypothermia which was used to save a lot of US service men after the war from what I understand. A lot of the experiments though were so poorly done that they are worthless. Mengele for example had a thing for twin studies, which could have really been insightful if evil but he never had experimental design but just like "hey lets do this horrific thing and see what happens!"
I never found any truth to that. Wikipedia doesn't count because the referenced papers are all about how shitty and useless it is. Experiments that start from shitty hypothesis with fragmented data and no real peer review method are defacto useless.
Also no one gave a shit about experiments on pigs, so why do we need broken garbage nazi science?
