If I make a bot for this sub that allows users to ping the bit with a username. After x amount of username pings within a certain time, it will politely pm the user with a link to the thread.

The stock message would be something along the lines of:

Hello username:

Your name came up in thread.

Thank you for your time.

The bot would have built in protections to stop it from being used to mention people multiple times. Probably once per three days.
