After the director of Miss Universe in Mexico, Lupita Jones, expressed her disagreement on transgender people participating in beauty pageants, Itzel Aidana Ávila Monreal, a young trans woman, decided to take her own life, but not before leaving a message to the former Miss Universe.
Lupita Jones had said
"I have to abide by the rules of the organization, but on a personal level, I do not agree, because I do not think it is a competition that is taking place under the same conditions.A woman born female will never be equal to a transgender, biologically they are not equal"
Local media say that the tranny shared on Facebook a video in which she criticized Lupita Jones, before being found dead at home.
"Please take a good look at what you are saying, see what you are talking about, because thanks to these opinions, many people commit suicide, many people feel rejected and humiliated, many people are suffering from the living hell in a body that does not belong"
Meanwhile social media has already exploded against Jones.
