Don't worry, I too love to harass customer service employees. I have worked in customer service, and I personally found the difficult customer much more intellectually stimulating than anything else.

I was definitely civil with customer service but I had to pay $150 for a hotel room and I'll miss my grandma's birthday so I'm extra salty. Turns out they won't give me a voucher because it's not a connecting flight. I didnt take it out o them though, I actually came to reddit and Twitter to vent
