I was talking about guys, it's all about that shoulder to waist ratio, having a high one makes you look wide and is attractive.

For women, personally I prefer a small shoulder to waist and a small hips to waist ratio with a small waist in general.

100kg (for reps) took me 3 years, no juice.

OHP is probably my favorite lift because it's so hard. When I feel like showing off, I will rack 115kg and then act like i am going to squat it and instead go 'nahhh' and blooop right over the head.

I just like how it feels afterwards. Everyone says deadlift gives you a beast feeling or something. No. Picking heavy stuff up is easy. Putting it over your head? That’s fun.

Yeah I know everyone is all like "deadlift is the king of lifts!" and all that shit, but I don't see it.

I got to the point a while ago where I had to use either the hook grip or wrist wraps to continue lifting the weight (was getting too heavy for a reverese grip and I've seen too many injuries on the supine arm to want to continue doing that). Anyway, the wraps felt like cheating but the hook grip feels like someone is pulling your thumb out of your hand so I settled on the wraps since that seemed better to me than giving myself permanent nerve damage in my hand.

The point being sort of like what you said - holding the stupid bar is way more challenging than shifting the weight.

OHP is actually my strongest lift. I can rep out 250 pounds. Deadlifts and bench are my weakest points.

Is this dude in a wheelchair or something? That’s at least two plates on each side of the barbell; and even some of the bigger dudes in the gym often stall after a plate.
