Jeremy Corbyn offers support to Brazilians who might end up getting a fascist as their President. Meanwhile dipshit europoor liberals clog up his twitter feed with "But what about Brexit"?

Millions of Brazilians are deeply worried that the rise of the far-right threatens an assault on democratic rights.

They are? I'm pretty sure the majority are just worried about not being shot in the street or raped by a cop.

I don't think they actually have gun rights in that shithole. Only the gangs have guns.

Strange because Taurus makes dirt cheap shithole firearms. One would think they would want to sell them to their own trannies to defend themselves with.

It's almost impossible to get a gun by legal means. Fuckton of bureaucracy and expenses just to take a chance at getting one.

On the meanwhile, every fucking street thug has one, and, guess what, they are not afraid of using them since they have little to lose, being the scum that they are. Then people wonder why the only fucking candidate who actively takes a stand against the insane levels of crime in the country is so popular out of a sudden.

I cant wait until the far right wins and the helicopters start flying and dropping ....things :)

Nah, Bolsonaro shit is everywhere even Favela trash has an opinion on him now

How? Whatsapp. That is where Brazilians, being the enlightened group we are, go for our unbiased news about politics.

Honestly Brasil deserves this subhuman

Based Brazilian finna winnit

Millions of Brazilians are deeply worried that the rise of the far-right threatens an assault on democratic rights.

Millions of Brazilians also are deeply worried about the other guy who wants to abolish freedom of press and his party and him want to turn Brazil into another Venezuela, but of course you won't hear that from Corbyn.

Side note: both sides bad but this time really really bad, so bad in fact that there is not even a lesser evil, it's a choice between a capsule of cyanide and eating a bag of salt.

Lmao imagine being this retarded

so you are firmly in the "eating a bag of salt" camp?

Unfortunately you fell for the Venezuela meme

https://www.postwesternworld.com/2017/07/28/workers-still-support-venezuela/

just because his opponent doesn't say completely transparently retarted things in the media (kinda like Trump) doesn't mean him and his party aren't scary, on the contrary they are even more scary because of it

but whatever, just watch John Oliver or Vox quote mine Bolsonaro for the past thirty years (not saying he didn't say some really messed up things, but quotes is not all there is in politics) and listen to their appeal to vote for the other "reasonable" guy

Implying that I'm not more educated on this topic than you

I don't know what's worse. If you're brazilian and are this retarded and this oblivious from your surroundings or if you're a burger or european and think you know how things really are on other countries.

lol i am fuckin' eastern european mayo and i all i saying is that both sides are poison! it's up to brazilians to determine which poison is worse

jesus since when is "both sides are bad" a hot take on /r/drama

Okay then, I understand why you must think that. But honestly, I know how things really are and in no way, shape or form what they want and represent are comparable. This isn't the case for le both sides

This isn't the case for le both sides

OUT

Brazilian here, this isnt one of those cases man.

I know burguers like to call everything reactionary propaganda, but in Brazil there is a shitload of that being passed as actual news, and most of it is conspiracy theory. There is a lot of people on Brazil right now that think they have to vote for Bolsonaro or the country will turn into a communist hell hole. This isnt the case

better safe than sorry

I'm Brazilian, kys commie

Bolonsaro was an officer in Brazil's military dictatorship. I don't think you understand the severity of how horrible he is. This isn't the Chapo "Everyone I don't like is a fascist". Bolonsaro is an unapologetic fascist. He's spoken fondly of the military dictatorship, even going so far as saying that it didn't kill enough people. I'd rather go with the leftist than the wannabe Brazilian Pinochet.

and the other guy wants to abolish the freedom of press and his party supports Venezuela - i am not saying either is better, i am saying pick your poison

Right dude, I agree that he is fucking shit, but Bolsonaro is way worse

oh my god the venezuela meme jesus fucking christ kill yourself cunt

People like you are the only thing i hate more than leftists

hate me all you want, i don't care (ok i care, i revel in your hate), but first you might want to read something about his opponent

Corbyn and the international media are hysterical about Bolsonaro. There is absolutely no risk of a "fascist dictatorship". If the left wins, however, there is a real risk of economic and institutional collapse.

Bolsonaro is the best choice for Brazil right now, and no, I don't expect Anglo leftists to understand that, because they are very far removed from the brazilian reality.

Just the fact that he's promising to cut down half the Amazon makes him the worst choice by a long shot. And while I don't doubt the left wing guy has problems, Bolsonaro seems like everything the hysterical screeching leftoids accuse Trump of being, except for real.

You don't have to be left wing to acknowledge that. But you do have to not be retarded.

Literal NPC in the thread just spamming random vids supporting him.
