Why should three people get citizenship to a country even though they have 0 connection with the culture or nation? The kid obviously won't have any cultural attachment to that country either if they decide not to stay once the kid is born. Or the kid and/or parent can get dependent visa status as well and remain.
Let me put it this way:
What if Nigerians could just become Japanese citizens because they went in as tourists and the baby there? Now what if 100k Nigerians did that every year? With a fertility rate of 5.53 baby per women. What do you think would happen to Japanese culture 10 years later now that the country is predominantly Nigerian natives?
Birth tourism circumvents the process of making sure immigrants can properly assimilate to the culture of the country they are immigrating into. Multiculturalism is a lie. A significant portion of foreigners don't assimilate to your culture at all, they tolerate it (and very often they don't). Birth tourism just makes this even worse.
